DUSK BRAWL

Terms of use

Last updated: 20 September 2026

The short version: the game is free, you must be 18 or older to make an account, play fair, and staked matches are played with your own money at your own risk. The long version follows, and it is the one that counts.

1. Who we are and what this is

Dusk Brawl is an online game at duskbrawl.com, run by the Dusk Brawl team ("we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between you and us for using the game and the website. You can reach us at support@duskbrawl.com.

By making an account, or by playing, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not play.

2. Who can play

3. Accounts

4. Names and behaviour

Pick a name that others can live with. We can change or remove names that are hateful, sexual, threatening, that pretend to be someone else, or that pretend to speak for us.

The same goes for the lobby chat. Hate speech, threats, spam and advertising do not belong there. Some words mute their author automatically for a while, and we can mute or close accounts that keep at it.

5. Fair play

You may not:

If we find that you did, we can remove results, reset ratings and progress, withhold gifts that were won that way, and suspend or close the account. Where real money was involved we may also refuse further staked matches.

6. Staked matches

Staked matches are optional. They need a linked wallet, and they are played with your own cryptocurrency (ETH on Robinhood Chain).

Only stake what you can afford to lose. A staked match is a game of skill between players, and you can lose your entry. If playing for money stops being fun, stop, and consider talking to a support service for problem gambling in your country.

7. Stock gifts

Now and then a gift crate in a match holds a small amount of a tokenised stock. They are promotional gifts from us, given while our prize wallet has stock in it, and they can be changed or ended at any time.

8. No cash value

Experience, levels, ratings, missions, auras and other items in the game have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not your property. We can rebalance, change or reset them as the game develops.

9. Our content

The game, its code, art, characters, names and sounds belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. You get a personal, non-transferable permission to play the game in your browser. You are welcome to stream and share footage of your own play.

10. Changes, downtime and bugs

The game is under active development. Brawlers are rebalanced, features come and go, and the game can be down for updates or for reasons outside our control. We try to keep it running and fair, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

11. Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for losses caused by your wallet, your wallet provider, the blockchain, its network or third-party tokens, or for losses caused by someone else getting into your mailbox or wallet. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing takes away rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country.

12. Ending

You can stop playing and delete your account whenever you like. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Unclaimed stock gifts stay tied to the wallet address that won them, unless they were won by breaking these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We can update these terms as the game changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant we will say so in the game. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.

14. Disputes

Talk to us first: most things can be sorted out at support@duskbrawl.com. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a case in the courts there.
